For Jodi, the therapeutic relationship must be founded in compassion and understanding and be built on trust, confidentiality, and openness.
Jodi uses the most up-to-date tools available to help identify positive and protective factors that will help clients achieve their goals. In collaboration with her clients measurement may include psychometric testing, observation, self-reporting, reports from family, close friends or teachers, and evaluations to measure progress towards goals.
There is no one way for everyone to achieve good mental health so choosing the best method and therapy is a collaborative process that is best achieved with a strong, trusting relationship.
